Crown Golf Participation Fees

The 2012 Golf Participation Fee is $375.   

This includes:

•        Administrative fees

•        Secondary insurance

•        Green fees

•        Practice range balls

•        Use of Crown golf bag

•        End of season banquet

Additional costs may be incurred throughout the season beyond the initial registration fee. These costs typically include, but are not limited to:

•        Golf balls

•        Transportation costs to and from away matches (ride sharing)

•        Team meals before or after matches (home and away)

•        Team and individual athlete pictures (optional)

•        Personal equipment or other team-related items (optional)

Refund Policy & Non-Payment of Registration Fees

Crown registration fees are determined by the individual committees governing their program.  Registration fees will be refunded at 100% if an athlete withdraws from the program in writing before the first day of practice minus any expenses incurred for equipment, uniform, camp fees, spring training or other items that cannot be recovered by the program on behalf of that athlete. 

Crown Committees will determine the payment options of these fees for their individual programs.  Participants who have not paid their registration fee within the determined time period of the program will be benched and/or become ineligible for play as determined by the individual program until the payment is received.  Participants who leave the program without full payment of their registration fee will be ineligible for try outs and/or participation in any Crown program until payment is made in full.  Committees will report all non-paying participants to the AD.

Payment Options:

Early Bird Registration Fee:  $350.00 ($25 SAVINGS)

Must pay IN FULL by check or cash at the Mandatory Parent/Player or pay by credit card online by 11:30 p.m. February 4th. 

Regular Registration:  $375.00

Regular registration opens February 5th and closes February 10th.  Participants may pay by credit card online or choose installment payments:

• Install 1/Due 2/4     - $100          
• Install 2/Due 3/4     - $100
• Install 3/Due 4/4     - $175

Regardless of payment method, all participants must register online.
