2018 Girls Spring Lacrosse
Welcome to Grayson Athletic Association 2018 Girls Spring Lacrosse.  GAA lacrosse is open to all Girls in grades 1-8 regardless of school or address.  There is an additional fee for all non-Gwinnett County residents.  Out of County Fees require an additional $90.00 charge. 

Age Groups:
The age groups for the 2018 Gwinnett Lacrosse League Season are as follows:

• Lightning:  Grades 3-5
• Junior:  Grades 6-7
• Senior:  Grades 7-8

7th Grade Girls will be placed either in the Junior or Senior division based upon skill, age, and the numbers necessary to meet team minimums.  Placement of 7th grade Girls will be at the discretion of the GAA Lacrosse Directors and Coaches based upon evaluations.  Junior/Senior Girls Evaluations will be conducted sometime during he week of January 29th.  Parents will be notified of evaluations times and dates in early January.

GLL holds a special league each spring for Girls in Grades 1-3 called "Sticklets".  Sticklets registration will open in early January.  Please keep an eye on the Grayson Lacrosse website for announcements about Sticklets.

Early Registration:  $270.00
Late Registration (after 12/1/2017):  $295
Non-Gwinnett county residents:
    Early Registration:  $360
    Late Registration (after 12/1/2017): $385

*Note:  Registration fees will be increased by a late fee of $25 after December 1 to account for late uniform orders

Announcement!:  Lacrosse Wall Plans
The Grayson Athletic Association and Grayson Youth Lacrosse are very excited to announce plans for the construction of a "Lax Wall".  During registration you will be able to make a donation to this exciting project.  All donations will be matched by an anonymous donor so your contribution will automatically double!  Additional information as well as a link to the project "GoFundMe" page is available on the Grayson Youth Lacrosse Facebook page at:  https://www.facebook.com/GraysonYouthLacrosse/

Payment Plan:
Once again for the 2018 Registration we will be offering a payment plan.  The payment plan will reduce your initial cost for registration by $150 and the remaining balance will be automatically charged to your credit card in 2 installments of $75 on January 15, 2018 and February 15, 2018.

Uniforms:
We will be getting new uniforms for the 2018 season.  Previous season uniforms can not be used for the 2018 season.

Uniform Sizing
Please select uniform sizes when registering.  You will confirm or change that size when you attend one of our Mandatory Uniform Sizings.  Dates for Mandatory Uniform Sizings will be announced soon.

Gwinnett Lacrosse League Required Paperwork
Upon completion of this registration you will need to register with the Gwinnett Lacrosse League and complete additional forms that are required by the GLL for each player.  Registration and forms (GAA and GLL) MUST be submitted PRIOR to the player participating in any practices.  The GLL requires the following forms to be completed/uploaded online:

• GLL eForm (online registration with league that is separate from the registration for the Grayson Athletic Association
• Physical Examination Form (physicals are good for one year and so must be dated after May 12, 2017)
• Proof of Grade

Details on the submission of the required GLL documentation will be released soon.

Season Dates:
Evaluations (where necessary) will be held during the week of January 29, 2018.  Practices will begin the week of February 5, 2018.  For the first three weeks of the season (2/5-2/23) teams will practice every night during the week in order to prepare for the season.  Following the Season Opening games, teams will practice 2 nights per week.  Games are currently scheduled to begin with a Jamboree on February 17, 2017 and the season opener on February 24, 2017.  Games will be played every weekend during the season with the exception of the two weekends that surround Gwinnett County Schools Spring Break.  This includes games to be played on President's Day weekend.  Playoffs will begin on April 28, 2018 with an end of season Championship to be held on May 12, 2018.
