Classes are on Fridays March 18, 25, (Skip April 1, 8th) April 15. 22, 29. Five 45min lessons.Class time is 4:30 to 5:15 pm.
All class levels are offered, Base Camp, The Ridge, Midway, The Crest and Summit 5 and High School Stroke Clinics. The Director of Lessons, Mary Jo Sheppard will place your child in the right class.
