Fee for Full Day Childcare:

- There is a non-refundable $30 registration fee (city residents) or a $50 registration fee (non-city residents) and a non-refundable 1st week payment of $175 due up front

Full Day Childcare Basic Information: 

- Full Day Childcare is for children who have completed a state funded Pre-K program

- There are 108 available spots for our 10 week program *2:18 counselor to child ratio* (full-time availability only [must pay for all 10 weeks])

- You will need to provide a refillable water bottle for your child each day

- This program will run Tuesday, May 26^th through Thursday, July 30^th

- Payment information must be given at the time of registration

- You will be drafted according to our payment policy which can be found in the registration packet, our website, the auto-draft form, and the parent handbook

- Childcare hours are from 7:30 am – 6:00 pm (Early drop-off begins at 7:00 am for an additional $15/week)

How to Register:

- Fill out this form and I will reach out to you via email or phone call with the next steps moving forawrd

- At registration, you must email your badge, business card, or letter from employer stating that you are a first responder or an essential staff member as space will be limited to such.

- Spots will be prioritized by first responders, essential staff, city residents, and then county residents. 

Drop Off Procedures:  

- Drop Off is between 7:30 am – 8:00 am (Early drop-off begins at 7:00 am for an 

additional $15/week)

- You must stay in the car and your child(ren) cannot get out until motioned to do so

- Temperatures will be taken at drop off along with a Participant Health Screening to be filled out prior to drop off

- Children with temperatures at or above 100.4 will not be allowed. Also, if your child is exhibiting any signs or symptoms of COVID-19, he/she will not be allowed to attend and will need to quarantine for 14 days.

- Once signed in, your child will go to his/her zoned area 

Classroom Procedures:

- Our classroom ratios will be 2:18 – Only 18 children per classroom

- Children from different groups will not use the same space

- 6 foot social distancing is not expected within each group (per State guidelines)

- Outside equipment and restrooms will be sanitized between each group

Pick Up Procedures:

- Pick up will begin at 4:00 pm

- Stay in your car

- Please have your ID ready to show to the staff 

- The staff will check your child(ren) out via our ProCare tablet

- You must pick up your child by 6:00 pm

- If you pick up your child after 6:00 pm repeatedly, he/she will be dismissed from the program.
