Age Control Date: Sept 1, 2022* (how old is your child ON Sept 1, 2022).
CODE OF CONDUCT- Expectations for ALL spectators/players/coaches during practices and games (away and home) must be read before completing registration.
Registration Dates: January 3rd - January 28th, 2021
Cost: $95 if registered by January 28th (+$35 non-city resident fee)
Price increases to $120 after January 28th (+$35 non-city resident fee)
Covid-19 Refund Policy: If refunds are to be given due to the covid-19 pandemic and it affects the athletic program, we will subtract the cost of the uniform we provide from the registration fee.
General Refund Policy: Once teams have been selected, no refunds or transfer credits will be given.
Registration includes 8 regular season games: in the event of inclement weather, games will be made up if time and field space permits.
Participants will receive a jersey.
PARENTS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR cleats and shin guards
Evaluations/Practices/Games: TBA- Keep an eye out for an
email or check or Jefferson Rec Facebook page for dates/times for each age
group
**14U Boys/Girls may be combined into a coed league depending upon registration numbers**
Participation awards will not be given
